Our Leisure Guide is the place to find out in detail about this season's special events and programs. It also lists information about facilities and includes a registration form that you can fax to the Phillips Recreation Center when signing up for programs.

Judge Webber Park

14.2 acres

Judge Webber Park, established in 1986, is locted on Perkins Road in Urbana. It is currently leased to the East Central Illinois Archery Club. Adjacent to Judge Webber Park is the Urbana Dog Park, a 10-acre fenced open field for dogs to run and interact with other dogs. Judge Webber Park is not open to the public at this time.
