Head north on Race Street from University Avenue and you’ll find the Lake House, offering a beautiful view of Crystal Lake. In addition, there is easy access to pavilions, playgrounds, and boating. The air-conditioned room can seat 50 people or accommodate up to 120 people with the inclusion of the outdoor terrace.

Rentals
Every rental includes use of a prep kitchen with counter space, small microwave, sink, ice machine and a refrigerator and freezer. In the warmer months, you may arrange for private boat rentals for your group at a discounted rate. Also available at a small cost are a TV/VCR, overhead projector and screen, and easel. All rentals require a $75 deposit. In the winter months, you may also arrange to use the fireplace.

Canoes: $5 half-hour or $7/hour
Rowboats: $5 half-hour or $7/hour
2-seat Paddle Boats: $6/half-hour or $8/hour
4-seat Paddle Boats: $7/half-hour or $9/hour
