Activities: Participants receive a swim team-based workout, coaching and personal instruction. Workouts consist of lap simming, drills, endurance training. This program is a great way to saty on top of your game in the off season and/or to find out if swim team is for you. Early bird price $45R/$90NR if registered by Feb 15.
