Activities: Are you looking for a low impact exercise routine that tones your muscles, and strengthens your heart? Why not jump in the deep end and give Deep Water Aerobics a try! Our trained instructor will lead you through a fun routine using floating dumbbells and ankle weights. You will be pleasantly surprised how regular attendance and a healthy lifestyle will change the way you feel and look. Please register one week before each session begins.
