Urbana Park District: Outreach and Wellness is excited to host BIPOC for Better Birth's monthly yoga class at Phillips Recreation Center.
All expectant mothers are welcome to attend.
Join us for our monthly gentle yoga class, held every first Sunday at 1p.m. Step onto your mat and immerse yourself in a journey of movement, breath, and introspection. This class caters to individuals of all levels. People can borrow yoga mats, blocks and blankets.
