It is time to sign up for the next round of Cardio Drumming classes at Urbana Park District.

Classes are Mondays at 11 a.m., and Wednesdays at 1 p.m., and run all of July and August at Phillips Recreation Center.

Cardio-drumming combines rhythmic drumming, dance and music. This is a full-body, low-impact workout suitable for all ages and abilities.
